| Biography | Frank A. Waits and Julie Cooper Young are the creative duo behind Always Art Studio, a Victoria B.C. based visual arts studio in the heart of "old town" in downtown Victoria B.C. Featuring the wood sculpture series "Pas de duex", cement sculpture "Mindscapes", paintings in acrylic and mixed media, and the "Animation realism" old-school photography.
The charm of a turn-of-the-century gallery/studio with the airy 20-25 foot art-filled walls brings a "New York studio" feel to the treed and cobblestoned heritage of Broad Street, one of Victoria's best known streets in the heart of "Old Town".

Hello from Texas! I was browsing around here this morning and saw your "Mindscape" sculpture. It reminds me of a few Native American primitive salt dough facial sculptures I've done in recent months. I like the addition of the "open mind" with the miniatures inside...very cool.
