| Biography | A blending of my work experience, and life journey has broadened, deepened, and enriched my creative work. In looking at the imagery itself you will see vibrant color reflecting purity and innocence. Masks appear hiding the true nature of some both good and bad. Buildings become symbols of holding places, containers of memories, a safe place of shelter and protection. You will also see birds in most of the work symbolic of people usually,both living and departed. As a Christian believer, painting has become a conversation between myself and God. It's really a visual journal. When there have been seasons of difficulty, painting has stepped in as lovely company and helped me to process in a way that only it could. |
