BiographyAs one of London's emerging young 'psychedelic' artists in the late 60's, a teenaged David designed images for posters, record covers, furniture, and walls. A celebrated example of his art was the main wall at Francoise nightclub in The Kings Rd, Chelsea, one of swinging London's most popular haunts. Now using a digital palette David has recently created a modern portfolio and has sold works in London, USA and Australia. The overriding aim...to allow the viewer many enjoyable minutes of discovery and pleasure. "For me these images are a celebration of the visionary spirit of the 60s, which for some were all about exploration, search and mystery of the great universe inside and outside us. I see no reason to discontinue the voyage in the 21st Century, in fact one could almost say the alarming nature of humanity's current unrest demands it. I hope the intrigue and fascination which accompanied the creation of these works is enjoyed by those who visit them."

Hi Dave, Remember me? Richard who was upstairs at 138 Fulham Road when you were downstairs with Freddy Bickmore and Rory Monk. I am visiting Aus around Christmas and will visit my neice at Eureka close to Byron Bay. I'll try and find you if possible. I'm still 59 but I'll be 60 by the time I get to the Bay. Long time eh? Thanks Nelly, yes, well sometimes I would be lost in the images for many hours at a time, and then emerge (with very sore eyes) and go...'wow, that's interesting!'

Hi! Listen, I have about 6 months to prepare for my first solo show, and I was hoping you could assist me. I will need to have at least 30 paintings to display. If you could, with as much honesty as possible, please name 2 of my completed pieces that you feel I should definitely show. Also, please share 3 things with me, based on my current work, (remember be honest), that you would recommend to me for improving my art in general.
