| Biography | Joe Sparks came to life in 1971 in Hot Springs National Park in central Arkansas. Shortly after birth his family pulled up their roots and moved to Texas for a short time, followed by Oregon, California, Wyoming, Montana, Colorado, Florida, and then, 18 years later, back to Arkansas which is where he currently resides. Joe has a rich genetic history of artistic ability that has not passed him by. His photography is often moody and can sometimes be downright sinister and yet still wonderful and appealing to the eye. |
