Hey Pancho, The easyest way i have found is to open the image with any version of photoshop, even the elements do it. Under image in the top left tool bar there is the word image when you click on it it will eather say resize, resize image or image size. Click on that and the window that opens will have two numbers. Highlight or refill the larger number with 1000. They are linked so the other number should then also be smalllerPress whatever OK or whatever aply etc . Then under File also in the top righ hand corner click on save as copy save it on your desk top make it easy to find for upload. If you still have problems with ups write. TOX
